To anyone needing to outsource any kind of service we currently have a fully equipped call centre which is completely functional at the time. It is a small room in the Heredia area but it is perfect for any kind of telemarketing program or customer service line, since it has the complete capacity to take inbound calls to our own 1-800 toll free number and we process outbound calls with automatic dialers. Nice house, nice environment, very quiet area. We are looking for any business opportunity with anyone that is in need to have a brand new, moderate capacity, fully ready call centre or anyone that needs to do any type of outsourcing cs or sales.
